Earlyn Sharpe, M.A., is a Holistic Therapist and Relationship Strategist Coach with over 20 years of experience in education, psychology, and mental wellness.

She is the Founder of the Montreal Therapy Lifeline Center, providing structured,

evidence-informed therapy coaching to individuals and couples.

Earlyn specializes in emotional regulation, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, ADHD-related challenges, anger management, and emotional eating.

Her approach integrates cognitive-behavioural and somatic-informed strategies to support practical, sustainable change.

She offers a client-centred, goal-oriented framework focused on emotional resilience, effective communication, and relational stability within a professional and ethically grounded therapeutic setting.
